Introducing Youth Camping Program at Wazo Hill Quarry Site

For a long time Twiga Cement has been contributing to the community towards empowering youth to understand quarry rehabilitation project after extraction activities. Now Connecting Community with Biodiversity Project has come up with a very nice solution on ensuring that the project open the gate and connecting a bridge of community groups to access education facilities available at the Wazo Hill Quarry Rehabilitation Site.

Now there are more than 30 youth activities available based on hands-on activities that will help and support youth to enjoy their visit at Wazo Hill Quarry Rehabilitation site through access to Quarry Agriculture Site, Quarry Nature Learning Class, Community Biodiversity Museum and other more activities available at the Vegetation found at Quarry Rehabilitation Site at Wazo Hill Quarry Site.

List of Naturalist Trainers is now available to ensure nature is well preserved and conserved around Dar es Salaam City and youth community is really responsible towards protect the existing urbarn ecology inclusive of climate change actions at local level.
