First field day – done!

❄️ Snow’s melting, lakes still frozen… but our brave team is already out in the field at Cep II!

After a quick safety briefing ⚠️, we grabbed our gear and got to work:
🧪 Soil samples — collected!
📸 Photo session — done!
🗺️ Terrain scouting — check!

What caught our eye?
🌲 Full-grown forests on some restored sites — thriving for decades!
🦠 And everywhere: bio-soil crusts — patches of mosses, lichens, and our favorites – microalgae!
These tiny green pioneers are no joke — they build soil, make organic matter, and kick off ecosystems from scratch!
