Glebe Farm, Bubbenhall Quarry - what’s the best restoration? A Survey, Analysis and Evaluation of Restoration Opportunities

Over 30 years after the final restoration design for Glebe Farm was originally agreed with the Mineral Planning Authority, the team from the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust led Dunsmore Living Landscape scheme will be undertaking a project which will survey the site as it currently is & assess the biodiversity, carbon sequestration & agricultural value differences between the current approved scheme & alternative land use opportunities. The resulting analysis will present a case to propose amended final design options that may be more suited to the 21st century priorities of the biodiversity crisis & climate emergency.
