We had a seminar with Community leaders On environmental Conservation in their local areas

Community leaders have a direct influencial role in promoting environmental Conservation in their local areas. They represent a huge number of people on their backs.

25 Community leaders from 5 Subwards surrounding the Wazo Hill Quarry. Values are
1.fostering good relations between the industry and the Surrounding community
2. Ensures protection of Quarry restoration project which for a long time Some community members have been illegally cutting trees around the project especially midnight
3. Spreading the knowledge to local members of the communities
