International Jury Session – Quarry Life Award 6th Edition Project

Today we had the honor of presenting the progress of our project to the international jury of the Quarry Life Award. We shared our ongoing results, the restoration measures already implemented, and the next steps for biodiversity enhancement at the Aït Baha quarry.

The session was a real success with valuable comments and constructive recommendations from the jury, which will help us further strengthen our approach.

This exchange reinforces our belief that even in arid environments, science, restoration, and collaboration can bring life back to quarries.
