Faunal and floral research is ongoing at Colle Pedrino, despite the cold and damp Spring weather. The sampling of plants, hepatic, arthropods and gasteropods has begun and the first data looks good. The camera traps placed in February started to work, several species of mammals have been recorded: the Red fox, the Beech marten, the Brown hare and the Red squirrel. Ornithologists have already observed over 25 species of birds ... 501 species here we come!
